Post Wheel interchange? 71 cutlass?

Ok I may be pulling my new 71 cutlass home tommorow with a tow bar, so I may need to swap a wheel out if one of the front tires won't air up.

What interchanges with the 71 cutlass wheel pattern? I have an s-10 spare readily available and maybe I could borrow something from my brother in law. I may not need it, but I might have to swap out tires if it won't air up. I think it will as the other tires there are holding air. But I need to know just in case.

most any gm intermediate car early 50's-80's including the nova-camaro use the 4 3/4 on 5 bolt pattern. s-10 should be ok if its a two wheel drive.

Thanks it is a two wheel drive except in the rain or ice and then it is a no wheel drive. Seriously those things have no traction. I usually get some 80 pound bags of sand in the winter for traction.
