Just use the same paint that you used on the car..Just in black is all..You can use either a single stage or BC/CC but actually I think I woudl just take them to the powder coater..I do not think they would be all that much for 4 wheels..

I'd opt for single stage urethane with a urethane clearcoat.
(If I were painting them) That urethane is pretty tuff stuff
