Hard to figure out being only 6" wide and 15" wheel. Must have come off some wimpy family car!

Could it be off of some European car? Some of them are 5 on 120mm That's only .025" different from 4 3/4" so its near impossible to tell the difference with a tape or stick rule.

Ford Ranger/bronco

I think Poncho is right, dead ringer for ranger/bronco wheel. It's the size and bolt pattern thats confusing the ID. Maybe some of our blue oval fans can help. Here's two examples; http://www.wheelsrims.net/1987-ford-...inventory.html
