Where to apply 2K primer?

Another newbie question here:

I'm going to spray my car with epoxy this weekend (interior, exterior, undercarraige, etc).

My question pertains to the next step, the 2K regular build primer: I will defintely be using 2K regular build on all viewable body surfaces and blocking to perfection. Should I spray the full undercarriage, interior, etc with 2K? I don't want to spend countless hours sanding these locations. If I spray the 2k regular buildin these areas, will it be smooth enough to lay my base right away? Should I just reduce the final coat of epoxy to use as a sealer and spray the undercarraige/interior without the 2k regular build?

Any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated.

On any interior or under carriage that you don't want to sand just spray the epoxy and than you have up to 7 days to paint over without sanding the epoxy first.

The primer will need to be sanded too paint unless you use it as a sealer than you can paint up to 3 hours without sanding.
Mixed 4:1:.5 or 1.

Just scuff it with a red scotchbrite and you'll have good adhesion.
