Where could I find information about this (older) sears regulator?

I have an old air regulator/filter that I quite like, but it's pretty old. Best I can read, the sticker says 282-71434. A google search returns nothing.

It has a polycarbonate trap, which I'd like to take off to clean inside, but it doesn't seem to come off any way.. So I'd like to find a manual, and it's max CFM, etc, etc, but I can't find anything. I could phone Sears, but they are pretty useless around here. Really, really useless.

Most regulators I use you just have to pull the dial knob at the bottom to unlock, and it unscrews all the way out. But without pics, I could be completely wrong.
