Where do I find this type of articulating rearview mirror stalk?

Hello my helpful forum. I really hate my stock rear view mirror, and want to make the kind I like for myself. I'm going to make it out of billet polished aluminum, which I know how to do. But what I don't know is where to get the double-ball-joint flexible stalk part. Can someone tell me where I can get one? The cheaper the better, it doesn't even have to be metal.

Go to www.panavise.com, on the left side of the screen click on "Mobile Electronic Mounts" you should be able to find what you need. The one in the pic I pulled from a old work truck ,it held the radio mike and head, I use it to hold carb's for racing go-kart's.
Good Luck
