where does the wire go

I'm installing a electric fan and the sensor that goes in the rad has 2 wires on it. I know 1 goes to the relay but where does the other 1 go thanks.

Ayuh,.... If it's like the 1s I've installed, that's a Switch, not a sensor, 'n is a pass-through switch,...
So,....
You can wire the power to the switch, then the second wire would go to the fan motor,...
Or,...
You can run the power to the fan, 'n the ground through the switch, 'n the 2nd wire would go to Ground...

sw or stat ??

do a continuity test on it.. ea wire to the base. if nothing then u can use it as the stat or sw for relay..

I did find a set up that 1 is grounded and other to relay. Thanks for the help.
