Where to get this part for column?

Where would I get this bearing pre-load spring for a GM column? and what is the part number? most og my local Autozone workers are lay or too dumb and dont speak English to bother looking it up for me.. Also I need the C clip that locks the Lock plate in place and the horn contact piece.

A junkyard maybe. The people selling parts have to make a living also.

I don't think that is out of line at all, supply and demand. For the price not much more than a six pack of Bud the part you need is in your mailbox and you are moving onto getting your car done.

I dont mind paying for the part I need, but $10 for a used retainer clip? I would pay $10 for a new one...not a chewed up used one..Anyhow I picked up a whole steering column for $40 for parts.
