Where to get parts?

As you can tell I am new to the forums. I also live in Europe. I am going to open a custom/performance shop and would like to get into building hot rods as another part of my business. Now there arent too many available in my country so I need to look elsewhere.

Watching a Boyd coddington show on discovery channel(american hot rod) I noticed he purchased the body from an overseas manufacturer , japan maybe but not sure, and that is what gave me the hope of being able to build a Hot Rod at least for myself and hopefully have it grow into something I can make a moddest living at.

My question is where can I find suppliers for bodys and frames and hard parts?

Is there anyone in this forum that builds hot rods as a business and can share some info. And anyone else that would like to chime in also please do.

I believe this is what he was building on the show.

I live out in Europe too and if you do a google search of what you're looking for your bound to find it. I mostly buy from Summit Racing like I've been doing in the past 12 years now.

Where in Europe do you live?

The car you show is the alumatub. the body was built by Marcel's metal craft in California one panel at a time by hand. The car with the body you thought was from japan was from Australia. You can get body and frame kits from a lot of places but if your interested in the fiberglass Australian body call Boyd Coddington Hots Rods and im sure they would be glad to help.
