It's a number 4 phillips as I remember. I have one and it works just fine. I use a butterfly impact, I have found that is the best tool for such things.

where to get phillips bit for 60's gm door hinges
I had to remove my doors on my 67 chevelle. Brian is right #4 phillips socket. I had to use my 3/8 impact and some heat. Hope I helped.

Phillips bit for GM doors
Try any Snap-on or MAC tool vendor. This is a common tool item they carry. I'll bet many local Auto Parts dealers can get one for you in a day or so.
