I went to a search engine and typed in "1933 hudson parts".
One of the listings that came up is a company that make a tremendous amount of mechanical parts for many '33 models. You might try contacting them for leads to parts cars or builders.
Howdy, First it was a car built by Hudson Motor Car Co. but look at your hood ornament or owner's manual and the car is called an Essex-Terraplane. I used to have a '33 Essex-Terraplane 8 cylinder convertible coupe. Is "dad's" car a 6 cyl or an 8 cyl? They came both ways.
Suggest you drop me a P.M. I'll have some suggestions for you.
Try a Hudson Essex Terraplane club. Very helpful on my 36 Terraplane.. Tho I sold more parts than I bought. Only needed rear fenders.
