I have no idea what city but I believe there is one called "Redi-Strip". I seem to remember them being in Sonoma county.
I would think you would call the paint jobbers in town, they may have an idea. Of course if you pick up a GoodGuys gazzete or or or....darn I can't remember the persons name. "Something" Flyer.
