Bull-
I use J.C. Tech in North Syracuse,NY for my coatings. He's reasonable and does a great job. My best example was running 100:1 gas/oil in my drag sled. It had Nitrous coating on the piston top/moly coating on the skirts. It survived 5 gallons of wrong fuel through it. I am not sure what helped more. The coatings or the AMSOIL Synthetic. Either way, I'm sold on both. The sled shouldn't have made the 1/4 mile one time, let alone 8 times ! It ran 9.72 @ 135 consistantly ! I also had him powdercoat my headers on the chevelle. As you know, cam break-ins are rough on coated headers because of the heat. They still look great .

Tell him I sent you.

thank you Beenaway, and i'm sure he is one AWESOME CAT! (like 4JC)
i know there are several places i can send my parts to get coated. there are a couple others in PHR's engine masters challange.
What i am looking for is any companies that sell you the crap to do it yourself somehow.
Anybody else??

Jet Hot. HPC or good old Eastwoods
Eastwoods will sell the stuff to do it your self but I would buy an electric oven for the garage, Because you can't cook in it after power coating are used in it.
The current HotRod with the 573 crate motor has an article about this subject for the do it your selfer
