I have a friend that has that in his rod, looks and feels good. Nice dull finish (not shiny).

Whisper is made by Spradling. It has an extremely flat finish, but a couple of the colors ( Bone and Patina) have a shiny metallic finish. The fabric is soft, easy to work with, stretches nicely, and has a Dow High Loft backing. It has a 4 part urethane top coating system, passes all the auto flammability codes like California 117, and is rated for 100,000 cycles on the abrasion test, so it is very durable. It is mildew resistant, and UV stabilized. It also cleans up with soap and water or Formula 409 or Fantastik for heavier stains. For worse stains you can clean it with a 10% bleach and water solution. You can't try to clean it with alcohol.

It is higher priced, but the price Your Auto Trim has it at is very good. It has been around quite a while and most of these "faux leather" vinyls are giving way to 100% polyurethane fabrics like Ultraleather as they come down in price.
