well if that's not the tires smoking it could be oil that has leaked out hitting the headers , ring failure , over rich ed carb washing out rings .
you running what type rings , chrome molly are known to fail .

thats the roll out. the stand and burn was 75 feet behind me smoked em for about 20 seconds before I let off the line lock.(couldnt see outta the windows).
I was doing about 40 -45 MPH when pic was snapped.

yes it was on a private road with safety crew (police and fire dept)on other end.
notice the other rubber marks on the asphalt?
burnouts were part of the carshow at the end.
