Hi Jon; First of all I'd just like to say that this is a great site. For the short time I've been on here I have acquired alot of invaluable information. Keep up the great job. I would like to say though, why am I getting so many emails that let me know that there has been another posting on a thread that I have commented on or a question asked? I could see getting one notice but holy crap I'm getting like 20 some odd emails a day. Personally I don't believe it is necessary for that many. But if thats the way it is oh well I'll live with it. Just wondered, thats all. Haven't got over excited in 49 years ain't gonna start now. Have a great evening. Cheers!!!!!

You can adjust your email notification options via your user profile. Let me know if that works.

Jon, same problem here.
I'll check e-mail and have 20 or so from his site.
I disabled e-mail notification and they are still getting through.
Any thoughts?

If you shut off the email notification, you might miss something..................I get hundreds a day.

When you are online, each new post will send an email, when offline, you will get just one per thread.

Some people leave their computers on all the time,,,,,,DSL or cable is hooked up as long as the computer is on.

You can set your options to daily or weekly email notifications if you prefer.

If you recently turned off email notification, then you might still be getting notifications for older threads.
