I have noticed that way too many people get bent out of shape because someone does not agree with them.

Diversity is what makes this board great. I love my Laser T2 and my New Yorker Turbo. No they won't beat a 396 anything but that is not why I own them.

I have an 86 t-Bird that I am dropping a 460 into. Then we can talk 1/4 mile times.

Someone mentioned how crappy ANY 2.2 Chrysler is. Did I get all upset? Of course not. Everyone has their opinion and I respect that. I hope that everyone else can do the same.

Can you imagine if everyone drove the same car? I can see it now, 68 Corvettes as far as the eye can see

I thought the 2.2 litre Chryco engine was the small block chevy of the future? Lots of them around, easy to hop up, compact size, decent head design...am I missing something?

I guess my buddy with the 85 Dodge Shelby Charger should stop taking money from all those hot rodders out there that think a little "four banger" ain't got the stuff? 13.7 in the quarter is hot rodding territory if you ask me...and the head hasn't even been off yet?

I think, if you really want a super hotrod you need to get a yugo. If its done right you can really light up those tires. Some high octane gasoline, some melted tar to put on the tires to make them sticky. First saturate the entire interior with the gasoline, pour the hot tar all over the tires, back off about 50 yards and with a bow and an arrow wrapped with a gasoline soaked rag, strike a match and ignite the rag and FIRE it through an open window, and walla a real hotrod.
