Wich heads do you recommand for OFFROADING -305 or 350 on a 350 engine?
I have a 305 TBI engine from a 1994 GMC Sierra truck 4x4 in wich I' m using in my truck at the moment,It has 297000kms
I also have bought a 350 engine from a Blazer 1976 (carburator) and I'm planing rebuilding it.It is all stripped down at the moment. I did my research and I am planning to buy from Summit Racing a CAMSHAFT Kit SK12-231-2 along with a ENGINE Rebuild kit SUM-SBCKIT1-00. The Question that I have is what kind of Heads would you recommand to go with it? Do I really need more compression from a 305 Heads when the one I will have from Summit racing is already low torque (600-4600). It would be easy for me to swap the one that I have in my 305 engine but would it be a wise choice? If not,please recommand me the best heads 350 engine that I could use for offroading? And,I' d like to use throttle body on it so ...that is my question. Thanks in advance for your feedback
