Post will a 1969 455ci olds engine bolt right in place of a pontiac 400???

Iv'e got a 1978 trans am that had a 400 pontiac engine. I can get a 455 olds engine and I was wondering if it would bolt right in place of the 400. Whats different?? Ive heard that pontiac, olds and buick are all the same blocks, but will I need different headers??, Different flywheel, different bellhousing, motor mounts??? I have a really nice edlbrock intake for the pontiac 400, will that fit the olds engine????? Some info would be greatly helpful.

The Olds will bolt in using all of the olds brackets for the accessories. The motor mounts and tranny bolt pattern are the same. They are two completely different engines, exhaust and intakes do not interchange.
