Will a 2 piece valve hold up to race conditions?
I recently bought a set of double hump heads off ebay and when i took a couple of valves out i noticed that they a two piece. I will be running this 350 on a dirt circle track, no more than 6000rpm. The valves are almost new, only suppose to have 2000 miles on them, and i don't have much money so if i can get by with them that would be great.

IMO, It's not worth taking the risk for what a set of one-piece stainless valves cost. I've seen a couple of two-piece valves do just that, become two pieces and it's not pretty.

I'd only run a two piece valve in my wife's grocery getter.
NEVER in any performance car I drove. Just my $.02.

I would not chance it. You can pick up a set of one piece stainless vavles off of ebay for about $60. I bought a set of the EPN valves for about that price, and they are nice for the money.
