will a 4.3 from a 92 s10 work in a 1999 blazer?

Will a 4.3 v6 out of a 1992 s10 pu work in a 1999 s10 blazer? Are the intake manifolds interchangable?

The 92 is a OBD I and the 99 is a OBD II.

This link covers alot of the 4.3's. Long but worth reading.

Nope,.... '92 is pre-Vortec, 'n '99 is post-Vortec...
