will a '69 Chevelle rear end fit into a '70 Chevelle?
" Hi I have a '70 Chevelle plain-jane to a sleeper SS clone 454, TH400, now I just recently bent the rear axle so I was wondering what the best rear end to put in it would be, and where I would get it. I searched Jegs.com and the closest year rear end for a Chevelle is a after-market '69 rear end package. Will a '69 rear end fit good in my Chevelle Big Block. I also have big heavy generic "20 rims, so I was wondering what the best rear end for my set-up would be? "

welcome.........A rearend from a 69 will bolt right into your 70. Best to ask in the rearend forum which one..........10 bolt, 12 bolt etc
