will a 8.2work in a 8.5 carrier both are 28 spline
I own a 1967 chevy c10 truck that sit on a 1974 camero frame I have an 8.2 posing unit 28 spline my question is will it work in my carrier if I purchase 8.2 ring angle pinion gears

nothing interchanges between an 8.2 and an 8.5. stick with the 8.5 if you can

Ok thank you ill love for an 8.5 posing unit wat size gear would u recommend using a 31" tire I was thinking a 4:56 Wats ur thoughts

You need to provide more Info for a Gear suggestion.
What type usage? Street, Street/Strip, Strip? Engine Specs? Cam etc... Trans?, Torque Converter Stall rating?
