Do you have a bar that connects the tops of the A-pillars above the windshield? Didn't see one in your pics.

It looks almost identical to the Alston cage in my Nova except my rear braces are closer together to clear wheel tubs and attach to my back-half frame rails, and I have a swing-out side bar. NHRA rules, general regulations, 4.10 and 4.11, state the 6 x 6 x .125 plate must be welded or bolted x4 to the 'frame' in frame cars, and may be welded to the floor/rocker box on unibody cars, yours is welded to the floor and is a frame car, tech may call you on that. Also remember there are padding and helmet clearance requirements for thickness and placement and no grinding or smoothing of the welds is permitted.

My car is a 68 Nova it has sub frame connectors and sub frames the main hoop and the a pillar are welded to plates welded to the rocker boxes the bars that go from the a pillar to the front of the car gothrough the fire wall and land on the front frame. The two rear most bars land on the rear sub frame with plates the only bars that do not land on plates are the to most foront bars and they land on the frame I have the plates welded to the rocker box not the floor also have a couple landing on the sub frame conectors
