im hoping to get about 9-10 to 1 compression with flattop pistons on a 350 chevy bored 30 and use 76cc heads.....or will it be lower???

I would guess low 8:1 factory it was probably rated at about 8.2:1 or so with dish pistion but the factory rating was usually overly optomistic. Also keep in mind that most pistons in rebuild kits have a slightly lower deck height because many of their sales are to big engine builders who deck all their blocks. If you get the heads milled that will help raise it.

Change the heads or install domed pistons. My 350 , flat top and 62cc chambers is about 9.5-1

With proper quench height and milled heads you can get about 9.5:1. You can do the math yourself with this calculator

76cc heads on a flat-top 350 gets 8.9 or 9:1 if you use 1.56" height pistons. Shorter "rebuilder" pistons will get you ~8.5.
