will it harden?

It seems as though my clearcoat will not get as hard as it should. It can be sanded but it still feels soft.It was applied about 3 days ago and i dont think the temp has got above 50 and it has probably been as cold as 35-40.I can still stick a thumbnail into it if i try hard enough. So i need some answers
1. Will it eventually harden?
2.Should i sand it off?
3.Wheres my half inch torque wrench?
Thanks for your time.

Hi 6speedwagon (boy, you guys have funny names)
Don't get too excited just yet. It may or may not harden, but There's a good chance it will. Temps are a very important part of the curing process, as is air movement. If you can get some heat and slow moving air to it, it will help greatly. If it doesn't harden in a few more days, or after a day of heat and air movement, then we'll have to dig a little deeper. I think it just may go ahead and harden for you though. A trick us painters pull when we mix to much catalyzed material is to throw it in the refrigerator if we know we'll be using it within a few hours. The low temps slows it down considerably.
