So it cranks over and does not start? If it sets overnight it wont start? How do you get it to start?
Please answer , need more info.

When it doesn't start, is there power to anything else? As in the interior lights, radio, etc?

You have an electrical issue then OK. Something is discharging the battery.
I got it.
a good mechanic should be able to chase that down in under an hour.

The alternator could be running the battery down when the car is off, several other things can run the battery down when the key is off also.
Radio memory circuitry can kill the battery.a hidden light that is on can kill the battery ,like an underhood light that is faulty and doesnt turn off, or a glovebox light.I had a few cars that the oil pressure switch was staying on and running the fuel pump after the car was off...killing the battery.

I would suspect the radio is the trouble. The alternator could be the problem also as they can become damaged when you jump start another vehicle. I personally dont give people jump starts for that reason.
At least you may have it narrowed down to 2 different things.
you could disconnect the radio and charge up the battery, then see if it stays up overnight.then you would know.

With that new radio, did you put in a new amp? Just had a friend that put in a new amp and they were defective drained his batt overnight.... as suggested disconnect the radio/amp see if it still goes flat.

You can easily test for a drain by disconnecting the negative battery cable and inserting a test light. It will light up if there is a drain. Then you methodically start disconnecting things that might be suspect. Best to start by pulling fuses one at a time.
I highly suspect the sound system too. When I had electrical issues come to my shop, the first thing you look at is the aftermarket stuff. Stereos, trailer wiring, almost always the issue. Who installed the system? One of the same 4 shops that don't know how to check a system for drain?
