Post will this setup work?

I have a 4150 carb (list #4776). I have only 2 vacuum ports on it. The large one in the back is hooked up to my tranny and the smaller one up front is hooked to my vacuum advance. No intake vacuum ports. Will this setup work?

Post re: will this setup work?

your distributor should be hooked up to ported vacuum (none at idle and increases as throttle is opened up). The trans should be hooked to manifold vacuum (has vacuum at idle and decreases as engine gets load put on it).
