Yep, lower temp is just the same as more reducer, slower travel, etc, it makes the metallic sink in the paint making the color darker.
But if you are concerned about matching previously painted parts when the weather was warmer I would say don't even think about it. There are way too many variables and to spray it EXACTLY like it was sprayed is expecting a lot. So being it won't be sprayed exactly like it was anyway, your color is going to be as close as you can get it be damned of the temp.
