Getting ready to wire the mouse trap, Want to run the one wire alt to the starter' reconnect original starter positive cable to starter, run positive cable from deadman switch to starter. Truck was originally external regulated now it's internally regulated sill have the new original external regulator just unplugged. also want to run msd positive to dead man switch. should this work correctly? or buy the book from speedway how to wire your hot rod and buy a 12 circut harness. any input greatly appreciated.

What is your definition of a dead mans switch..... to prevent someone from starting it or in a crash all power is disconnected, killing the engine?

to much knowledge

If you found a book that educates you on how to wire your ride, buy it,study it and ask questions (on this site). before you try to wire your ride.
I know how we humans learn, screw it up. Then, oops try something else.
Every wire must be fused.
