Will it work?

Re doing an 88 gmc sb 4x4. Have some 6" scat rods and .040 over flat tops. Will the trucks computor and emissions work properly? Need some feed back. Thanx Guys Fourspeed

If the piston and rods are the only change the computer will never know. It would be a good idea to rebalance the rotating assembley.

Thanx for the info. Thouhgt that would be the case but wanted to be sure. Blk cleaned and bored,vortech heads,balanced rotate ***, and comp cams cam and valvetrain *** performance/tow. Also scat 6" rods with speedpro .040 machined flat tops.
