Willys pickup suspension

I have a 1950 willys pickup four wheel drive, I was wondering if a chevy or ford drivetrain would bolt up to the original suspension? It has a timken rearend, I know thats a rare rearend, but would this work I would appreciate any comments thanks guys

Not without major fabrication. I helped restore a 1962 Willys Pickup 4x4. If you look close, the frame rails on a Wiilys are alot wider than on a Ford, Chevy, or Dodge truck.

I suppose a good question is what are you planning on doing with it? Resto? Mud Runner? Street Rod?

EDIT: If you need parts, my brother has litterally tons of willys stuff laying around from at least a dozen vehicles. 2 cab-overs ,a couple wagons, and some other misc jeeps.
