Window channel source

Looking for a source for some universal type "U" window channel for my 34. I need the type that has some rigidity for the sides, but the top can be formed to match the upper door profile. Mine are all bent up from installing and un-installing.

Thanks
Vince

Try Restoration Specialties. I bought some window channel and belt weatherstripping from them. They have a HUGE selection and are very friendly and the prices aren't bad at all.

Metro has some good quality stuff. Gives you another company to compare to.

Believe it or not, J.C. Whitney has a pretty good selection of weather stripping for doors and windows. Have a look here

Go to Wescotts, they have it. I used it on my '35.

That was my last choice. I hate to order anything from them because once you get on their mailing list it seems you get a catalog every five minutes in the mail.

There's one outfit even worse then them. Harbor Freight. No exaggeration, I get two to three catalogs from them every WEEK.

Actually Whitney or H.F. will take you off their mailing list if you request it. I just haven't made the effort.

Yes, that's absolutely true, and it's even worse if you actually order anything from them. Do what I do...........unless you're in need of a specific thing.....throw the catalogs away when they arrive?!?! JC Whitney only shows up once a month, but I keep their latest catalog for the window sweeps and "U" channel alone.
