window and door crank

How the heck to I get the inside window crank and door handle off a 1929 four door sedan?

This is a Ford right? It has a pin going thru the crank and handle behind the excushen (sp?) bezel thingie. Push it in over the shaft and you will be able to see the pin. Using a drift punch and a hammer you can get it out.
