Window seal for 1978 elky

Hi!

Going to change wincheald on my 1987 elky, but want to leave out the crome laths.
But that gonna leave a gap around the window.
So is there on a market for sale soft rubber seal, that i could glue around the wincheald?

And it would look like 50`s car wincheald.

Thanks.

Automotive glass suppliers have rubber type material in various widths that can be glued to the outer edge of windshield. Usually sold by the foot or length.

I use the stuff for S-10 and Ranger windshields all the time on early cars. Tho it is probably too narrow for your intended used..
