Windshield mount 36 ford pickup
I have the glass and the frame but do not have the mounting bracket that I believe joins the to the hinges. I do not want to hinge the windshield but need to know how I can keep it in place securely. Any suggestion I have eliminated the cowl vent and the windshield push rod already.

Unfortunately, you have eliminated the anchor points for the windshield frame. The sissor crank at the bottom is the latch and the two hinges at the top are what holds it in. If you have eliminated them, you almost have to use setting sealant and seal it in place. To do that you will need to cut a slightly over sized glass. It would help if you could show pictures of what you do have.
