Windshield Seal

Can the windshield seal be put in a '37 ford coupe without removing the windshield? Mine is a crank out windshield and the glass has been V-butted.

Are you talking about the windshield to body seal Rusty?
I don't see why not? I am building a 37 tudor. My windshield was out when I bought the car due to painting. I just had a glass shop epoxy in both glass pieces and yesterday I put the body seal in with 3M black super adhesive. Would be a bit harder in the car I think. Your frame would be the same as mine only minus the centre bar?
I had to use adhesive as the rubber seal from Mac's was a little too large and kept slipping out. Going to install it tomorrow in the car.
Question I have? Is the top hinge on the window fastened to the roof hinge by bolts, rivets or cotter pin?
Thanks, Doug
