windshield wipers don't work
My father has a 2000 Chevy Impala. The windshield wipers work when the car is off, but when he turns it on the wipers won't work. Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it?

wiper blades
Thank you for your quick response. Actually, I guess the problem is that the wipers work when the key is at accessory, but not when the engine is running. Any thoughts?

Doc here,
Is that the ONLY item that is dead in "Run"? The 97' to 00' Schematic Shows a straight run to the Buss from the Wiper Via a 25 amp fuse, with no Stops..and THAT Buss is switched (By Ignition Power) It SHOULD not care if it is in ACC or RUN. You may need to check other items for operation with the Key on, on that same Buss. Doc
