My name is John Arps ,and I am in the planning stages of a classic car cruise in Windsor Ontario. I have been to the Woodward Dream Cruise many times and I thought that Windsor should have their own cruise. I have contacted the mayor of Windsor about this idea and he is interested in the possibility of such an event in the summer of 2013. I hope that you can participate in our event. The proceeds from this event will be going to the Windsor Essex Cancer Center Foundation. Men's health is being targeted this year. I have partnered with Don Nicholson LLC. to help with this event. He produces Crusin Hines Drive, (20,000 cars in 2012) and Crusin Mich Ave. If you are looking for something different than the same old car show come on down.

i did the hines cruise this year (i doubt the 20,000 number, but...) i see that replacing the woodward cruise as the must do cruise for the area.
closed 10 mile long course and 30 year cut off made that the best cruise event in my book.
no minivans or used cars (new mustang, camaro, ect...) that ruined woodward for years.
i'd be interested in a windsor classic cruise if it has a cut off date, for classic cars. if i want to see used cars i'll go to a car lot

I got the number 20,000 from the guy who put on the cruise . He said he got it from the police that were there that closed the road. That's neither here nor there, it was a good cruise and I 'm glad the guy that put on the Hines drive cruise is helping me. I 'm glad you like the idea of something in Windsor.
