winter down time
good evening folks.
im headed to thompson speedway in conn. tomorrow morning for my last trip of the year. theres not much else scheduled around here till next spring after this. so i was just wondering how some of you guys get through the winter and what youll be doing to soothe the craving we have till it gets warm again?   <img src="graemlins/pain.gif" border="0" alt="[pain]" /> <img src="graemlins/sweat.gif" border="0" alt="[sweat]" />

Me? Craving? Well that clerk at the electric company...oh...um humm, rods. Well in that case I'm not slowing down much, just doing it in small sections do to garage space. That and I'm rodding an old 18hp lawn mower

In the winter I usualy play the piss out the guitar.This winter I gotts a garage so I'll have to give equall attention.The car gets pissed when I don't come and visit.

Out here in Arizona,things start to happen in Oct. and on,Goodguys next week,Nascar tomorrow.weather cooling down,great time out here,everyone brings out there cars,summers are to hot,nothing happens during the summer.winter is our time for our cars.It was 83 today,

I spend more time on here. Plan projects for next summer. Read rodder magazines. Read airbrush magazines. Help kids with homework. Think up ways to make more money to work on my next years projects. Next year I have to roof and side my mothers house roof my sisters house, and maybe start a new family room on my house yet this winter. If it gets to nasty out I'll wait til spring.

dmorris, some of my buddies go to the monthly cruise over in elliot april-sept i'll make it a point to go this spring, i dont know how far elliot is from you i know maine is a big state. but we can definately hook up!

Hey cool.My family was there back years ago in my grandmothers generation.Were doing a family tree so we were up there in May looking in cematarys and stuff.It's so nice up there,I didn't want to come home.
 Were probably going back up in the summer.
