Winters Intake ID

I have a Winters foundry Manifold with the snowflake logo, and the firing order, on the bottom it has 2 numbers
701R-38
300-38
The 300-38 Jives with a Holley # but there are no Holley markings
There is also a casting # 01054 on the bottom
Its aluminum, Any help would be appreciated

Is it possible this is a factory aluminum manifold? After all, for many years Weiand made all of GMs aluminum manifolding especially the multiple carbureted ones. I don't remember ever seeing an aftermarket manifold with the firing order cast into it.

I guess it could be, I was thrown of by the Holley #

All the Winters intakes I've seen have the snowflake on one of the front runners, plus they have the oil filler tube.

Winters intake identification

I just came upon this topic and hope there is enough time to help. The Winters harolding on your intake, and the Holley numbers don't conflict each other, both clues are right on the money. Many experimental and R&D pieces were made by Winters for Holley. Weiand and Holley had successful projects included into regular production, the firing order being present on some but omitted on others was common. I myself have a very rare and discontinued spreadbore intake made by the Winters foundry but was marketed as a Street Dominator series for a late 70's Toyota 4 cylinder. These were intended for 9,000 rpm zingers with insane valve overlap. How else would 134 cubic inches utilize the CFMs of a spreadbore? Rice flows different than dinosaur farts I guess. Some ponystock rules in the early days specified that a stock manifofold be used, and firing order casted on them was a loophole. The deep skirt block, forged steel crank, and rods that were bigger than a smallblock V8, had alot of people testing the limits of these indestructible little Saki-suckers on the dirt circuit.
