Wiper Arms ?

Anyone out there know what type of vehicle or wiper arm fits a 1/2 inch fine splined pivot. Found some on hot rod sites but only in chrome and billet and don,t want that. Thanks GOWSER.

I'd suggest arms for a first generation S10, although the pivot shaft is slightly larger than 1/2 inch. Maybe some 70s or 80s GM product using 1/2 inch shafts.

Wiper Arms

Thanks for your reply. My problem is the pivots already installed in my truck are 1/2". I have come across lots of 5/8" arms in parts stores and bone yards.I will look a little bit longer then I might have to change the whole wiper system. Again Thanks GOWSER.

My '67 Volvo has fine spline .543" dia. pivots. The arms are 12" long and it uses 11" blades. I measured my pivots with a dial caliper, if your just using that tape you might not have an accurate measurement. Besides that,if I look at the photo with the tape I read those pivots as close to 5/8".

For the S10, yeah, the pivots are about 5/8 inch.

I don't have a photo, but the pivots on a 60s Jeep CJ may be closer to 1/2 inch.
