Wiper delay

I found a delay box on a '78 Dodge van yesterday made by Kustom Kreations. Does anyone have information on these and will I be able to use it on my single speed '64 Nova wiper system?

http://www.jcwhitney.com/windshield-.../p2004484.jcwx is JCW's current wiper delay offering. The first of the 4 customer reviews has some info on how he wired his unit up. Yours may be similar, so check it out.
