Post Wont start

My van wont start at all. I took the hoses from the gas tank off and no gas is coming out of them to go into the gas filter or anywhere into the engine. I dont know if it is electrical or not but I am stumped. It turns over but just wont kick in.!!! I have no clue any ideas or suggestions. I cant afford a mechanic to fix it so hopefully web can try here. I also checked all the fusses and everything. Thanks guys!!

Check and see if the electronic fuel pump is working. Look for another fuse block under the hood.

find the wiring harness plug for the pump and sender unit, it will be near the gas tank. have someone turn the key to the on position, while you check for power. keep in mind you will only have power for 1 to 2 seconds, then it will shut off. turn the key off, wait about 10 seconds, then try it again. if you have power, then the pump is shot. if you don't have power,it will be a fuse, relay, or broken wire. BUT only do this, after you have listened to make sure that it is not running. hope this helps.
