Post wont start 66chevy 350 hei

my truck was running fine then the next day i went to start it and nothing i had some extra money so i changed plugs wires coil cap and rotor. that didnt work so then i changed ignition module pickup coil and the condenser. I think i have replaced everything and it still doesnt get any spark do you think it might be the wiring or something any suggestions would be helpful. does the voltage reg have anything to do with it . <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Voltage regulator shouldn't have anything to do with the distributor. I would make sure you have power going to the Distributor. Maybe you popped a fuse??

I agree with knobbie check for 12 volts to the dist. next sugestion I have actually bought brand new rotor buttons that where bad right out of the box. The discount stores sell the really thin white in color rotors...not the best.

Cool

My 66 chevy pick up stoped running and a wasn't getting any spark, whan my hot wire running to my coil grounded out on my mnifold. check voltge to the coil, and distributer.

Just a suggestion.
