wont stop leaking

my brand new holley 750 double pumper is leaking from everywhere. mostly from the metering blocks. the fuel pressure guage that was on it before was only reading about 3 psi. ive since dropped it even lower and its still doing it. if i drop the fuel pressure to the lowest point it will stop leaking, but the car will not run. im out of ideas. ive take the carb apart and there was nothing inside. The floats are good, ive set them many times, the needle and seat is brand new. if i get any fuel pressure it sprays from the metering blocks. what is going on???

Holley's commonly come with warped and or pin holed castings, some just can't be sealed up. The casting aren't made in America, but even 40 years ago when they were, this was an occasional problem.
