Now I'm sticking my neck out on the chopping block here and am not letting my wife read this post but... did you guys (not the ladies) (I know we Midwesterners use guys to refer to both genders.) ...do you guys ever wonder why when we're having a great time with our toys and we come across a good deal and might want to add to our fun that we have to get rid of something else we like equally as much? Now what gives here? Do we make them get rid of their favorite dress because they want a new one or get rid of one of one of the kids because she just had a set of twins. NO! We just let them have their way. Ouch! Sorry honey. Yes I'll get off of hotrodders.com and help mow the yard. UUmmm.... guys... I gotta go do some... manly stuff with the little woman. be back later o.k?

Unhappy

The wife has no idea I am giving up the car yet,
I am also getting rid of the bikes too.
I am still working on the projects I have here but have to also make a little more time for the family I have left.
I am now going to finish the tractor I have been building with my son-for the last two years, no more giving him excuses.
My daughter gets spoiled as much as possible too.
Losing a little one is hard, the wife was only three months along.
This makes two times in a row.

I know this post is really old but somehow I came across the thread searching for information on this exhaust system http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FLO-17473/

But adding to the list of idea's (I imagine the opportunity to get the car is long gone but) I tell my wife when I want to spend a fair amount of money on something I don't need. I just give her the "What's the point of going to work everyday just to pay bills and save money"? And then I tell her "It's a lot easier to get up and go to work in the morning when I can think about stuff I'm wanting to buy for fun"
