will dark purple look good on a 1973n ford f350

On a stock 1973 F150, it would look like living hell in my opinion. With the right theme and custom work it would look awsome. What do you have planned?

I think the "shade" would make all the difference.
A real light purple, maybe not, but I've seen some that look really
"black" unless in the bright sun, maybe good??
Of course, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
