Yes, there is. CLICK HERE I don't think I mentioned it in this thread, but you can pad the chipboard with padding 1/8" thick if you'd like. There is headliner material with 1/8" foam bonded to it that would work well. 1/8" sew foam used inside out with the foam side in would also work well.
