hey guys
i painted a ford yesterday

so i painted 2 rear qtrs and 1 door

the colour is panther black ( but as usual theres loads of shades)
and guess what i got the wrong 1

so i painted the parts said b/c panther black but its a grey shade with lots of metallic in it

the right colour i have now is black shade with alot less metallic as is on the car ...

i left the clear over night the this morning sanded with 800 not broke through anywere ,washed down then put in the sun the rest of the day


so its in the booth all masked up

can i just go in and panel wipe it ? is it safe to do so( solvent wise )
also since the dark grey can i just use that as a back ground or should i put some black ground coat down first ? just as the grey had mega metallic and i dont want any shining through the new coat !
